Can anyone suggest a make or supplier of meal replacement protein shakes?
Hi, I’m using “PhD” protein diet shake powder. It contains green tea, which helps with weight loss. I use them not only as a rehydration drink with water when I finish in the gym, but also as a meal replacement. When I do that I use almond milk. ( not the unsweetened variety, it’s thin and tasteless). It’s calorie count is way below that of milk and it mixes well. Try the Bakewell tart flavour, it’s lovely.
I use Isagenix, its not cheap but it tastes good!
