Have to tell you all out there, keep going on the bsd had bloods done in February to go onto a research programme for diabetres in my local area and they returned as 48 showing me to be diabetic type 2. Bloods for the research programme done in June show my hba1c to have dropped to 42 and therefore possibly not eligible anymore. My weight has dropped by a stone over the past five weeks, my clothes fit and I don’t miss carbohydrates!

So keep going the BSD does work!!!

My last 12 six monthly HbA1c blood tests have all been under 40, but I still have diabetes. I just control it – not the other way around. What I am hoping is that this diet will reverse my diabetes
