    hello all, I bought the book last week because I was injured last year and very sedentary. as a result I put on 3 stone.I am now halfway to getting it off.I also bought a blood sugar monitor. (Tee2) my problem is it seems to fluctuate widely ranging from 6.2 to 5.4 on the same occasion. Can anyone recommend something reliable?I don’t want to go to the GP just yet as its only a snapshot.

    Georgie, you havent entered a profile so I dont know if you are diabetic. Is that why you are testing???
