Just wanted to share my bbq experience. Had our first new last night (UK!) and was worried I would go over but managed to stay on course with salmon, a tiny burger (92cals) served on a portobello mushroom! Watermelon & feta salad and Waldorf salad. Followed by grilled pineapple. And the scales still moved this morning!!
