I am going to Bali for 2 weeks soon. Our accommodation doesn’t have cooking facilities. Has anyone got any suggestions (besides not worrying about the diet for the 2 weeks)? I usually eat my 800cals on veges, chicken and Olive oil. It’s starting to stress me out big time. I have lost 7kg already and feel I’m ‘on a roll’ with it. Eating rice or bread makes me crave carbs and this is when I stop rolling and stuff down whatever I can find, not starting to roll again for months.
The hotel does have breakfast buffet. I’m hoping for plain eggs and spinach omelette or something similar. It’s the dinners I am worrying about.
