Just got a new bunch of celery so I thought I might make a soup – really really hard to find a celery soup that is low calorie – can anyone help please? Thank you

Yum! Italian tomato sauce has a base of celery, onion and garlic called soffrito. Tomato has relatively high carb so judge for yourself what proportion to use.

Another combination is cauliflower broccoli and garlic with celery.

I find celery delicious in a small proportion while it could be too much as a dominant flavour.
