Well here we are the start of another day….I am going to take into mind all the good tips everyone on the forum has offered me the past couple of days……
Im feeling a bit more clearer about BSD now so lets see what happens today 😊
Yoguurt and berries for breakfast…..

Good luck Happyhols, I started on the BSD on Monday ,doing ok I think.
Should find out on Monday when I weigh myself for the first time, fingers crossed I’ve lost some weight…..
