My husband and I are planning to start the diet next week. We are both over weight & I suffer with poly cystic ovary syndrome, which insulin resistance & uncontrolled blood sugar is closely related. My husband also had a routine liver ultrasound before Christmas which showed some fat deposits. Obviously we became concerned & hence came across the BSD. I have read the book, but was just looking for any hints/tips/suggestions which you think would prove useful for the next 8 weeks & beyond. Thank you! 😊
