  Hi …..first time I’ve posted on anything!!!
  Starting tomorrow 7th November…..7 weeks until Christmas…AAARRGGHH!!
  3 stone overweight….feel awful…just read the book…cover to cover…..feel inspired….Anyone out there in a similar position?.. Motivated reading all the great messages…..
