3 weeks in and 13lb lost, delighted. Feel great and not at all deprived. Expected to be longing for bread and bananas but not a problem. Helps to have a supportive husband who is happy to have no bread or biscuits in house. Using the Cauli rice a lot despite turning up my nose at the thought of it. If you have enough calories left it is great flavoured with a bit of Tahini paste.
