    Lost 3kg and 1.5 inches from waist. Feel fitter and able to walk 4/5 miles a day plus again. Checking everything for sugars etc but find it easier using recipes in the book for now with the odd spoonful of peanut butter.

    Have been looking on the 800 forum and noted porridge is high on carbs. Have been taking this most mornings for last two weeks. Will go back to eggs and mushrooms and see if that will help on the scales.
