I’m wondering if purition shakes would be ok as part of the daily 800 calories. I’m thinking about using them to replace one meal for example breakfast.
The ingredients are Whey Protein Isolate MILK, Flaxseed, Sunflower kernels, Macadamia NUTS, Almonds NUTS, Coconut, Chia seeds, Pumpkin seeds, SESAME seeds, Nutritional Yeast, Psyllium Husk, Apple Pectin, Stevia (Steviol glycosides)
