Hi all, I’m getting married in November. I want to lose my middle! It’s made up of big macs and beer, and huge portion sizes. I’m not overweight, but looking in the mirror naked I have skinny arms and legs and a barrel body (like my type 2 diabetic Nana), so I want to kick that middle and get healthy, and look fab for my big day. I feel this diet offers science and support. Really keen to hear from others who feel they are leading an unhealthy lifestyle and help each other achieve our goals. Mine is 10kg in 3 months.
