1 week into the diet and I am confused. I have always had a bowl of proper jumbo oat porridge (no sugar but a little salt and pepper to taste) when I get into the office (around 7:45am) and I don’t eat again until lunchtime. I leave for work at 6:30am and can’t face breakfast at that time in the morning.
I always thought that porridge was a good breakfast and being low GI would be OK on the BSD.
Please advise.
On a less confused note – 5lbs lost and really motivated by this new way of life!
