Hi All, I’ve been quiet over the past few weeks but reading all the forums with interest and finding them oh so useful… I’m halfway in week 4 and after a bit of a disaster in week 2 am really back on track and powering through. … OK a question. .. I’ve discovered coconut yoghurt…not coconut flavoured but actually made with coconut milk…It’s delicious. .. Has anyone else used it? As far as I can see it fits in the BSD guidelines but I’d like your guidance and opinions. …..thanks Dโบ
