  Do you all know each other? Is the group world wide? Did anyone in the UK hear the Radio 4 food programme today? It wad about the BSD and Michael Moseley. I need to catch the podcast.

  BFG 2 everyone is welcome to join in on any of the posts. I personally only stick with one and currently that is the 8 weeks diet and the date of each week. So the new one for tomorrow is 8 week Fast 800 week starting 17th January – or words to that effect. There are some that run for longer periods like one up to Christmas, obviously finished now, but new ones starting all the time.

  In answer to your question if we know each other and the answer is generally NO, we are on-line friends, although one or two have met up and some are also friends on other sites like FB. No one gets left out, we are not a private club.
