Hi downnotout, good luck with your plans. Hope you will use the site more fully if it helps you learn something or gives you some inspiration / support. You dont say which diet you are doing although you have probably posted in the appropriate section. Just checked and you are in the Welcome to BSD. There are a mix of similar plans here from BSD, Fast 800, 5:2, TRE etc. We have a weekly motivation thread with lots of different people with different levels of experience. Pop in when it suits you.
