I lost 6 pounds my first week, 4 the second and today on week 3 only 1 pound! I have been doing more exercise this week (was walking 1 hour a day, this week I have been swimming 30 min on 3 days) so thought if anything it’d be more. I was kind of expecting not to lose much as I felt ‘bigger’ for some reason.. been sticking to 800-900, will I see a bigger loss next week?
I was planning on doing this for 4 weeks instead of 8. I am not diabetic or pre etc and my blood sugars are fine, but I have belly fat and felt I was at risk, this has been great to rid me of my sweet cravings, but I don’t think I could do it for 8 weeks – I miss being able to go out for meals with friends and want to be able to go to strength train at the gym which I can’t do on 800 cals. I just hoped I could get a stone off in 4 weeks and then go to 5:2 to lose another stone over a few months, eating more substantially and using the gym.
Hopefully next week I will have 3 pounds off and that’ll be a stone? Fingers crossed
