Good lunchtime salad or snack

Ingredients

• 1/2 onion
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 chilli
• Cuecumber
• Fresh coriander
• Fish sauce
• Lime juice
• Salt and pepper

Method

Finely chop all the ingredients and mix them together and add the fish sauce and lime juice to taste
