Hot, sour and spicy leaf salad with tender strips of meat
• approx. 120g Ostrich steak per person
• crushed coriander and black pepper corns
• Soy sauce
• Coconut OilSalad leaves
• Spring onions
• Thinly sliced carrot
• Cherry TomatoesDressing:
• Lime Juice
• Fish Sauce
• Soy Sauce
Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
Dip the steaks in soy sauce and then coat with crushed coriander and pepper. Fry in a very hot pan with coconut oil. Turn as necessary and cook to preference. Remove from pan and allow to rest.
Put salad leafs, sliced carrot and sliced spring onion in a dish. Slice the steak and place on top of the salad. sprinkle over the dressing and enjoy!
