Made this for my evening meal yesterday , surprisingly tasty and filling , will definitely be making again.
A very speedy vegetarian dish – you can change the veg to suit – peppers, mushrooms etc.
Ingredients
• small tin baked beans
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 chilli pepper
• 1 medium courgette
• 1 small onion
• half teaspoon olive oil
Method
1. Sweat the onion in the oil for a few minutes
2. Add the courgette and chilli, cook until soft
3. Add the garlic and baked beans
4. Heat until all ingredients are hot.
Serve!!
