Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon PBfit (powdered peanut butter)
• 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 35g raspberries

Method

Put the chia seeds and peanut butter powder into a glass and slowly add 120 ml of almond milk, stirring to mix everything thoroughly. Stir again after 5 mins to prevent the seeds clumping at the bottom of the glass, then leave to stand for another 5 minutes and stir again. The seeds should have swelled to absorb the liquid. Add the 35g of raspberries on top and serve.
