• 2 tsp olive oil 80 calories
• 1 tsp mixed herbs approx. 14 calories

Method
best to do this in the evening after your evening meal.
put the oven on highest it will go and allow time for it to heat up.
prep the tomatoes - slice but not to small or skinny as they will reduce size when cooking.
put in oven proof dish, drizzle the olive oil over them and sprinkle over the mixed herbs and salt making sure an even coverage
place in the oven and then when door in closed switch it off. leave the tomatoes in over night and they will slow roast with the heat and will be ready in the morning.
I split them into 4 portions and use in a salad or throw in any meal I like. nice snack as well and much lower calorie and less expensive then the store bought ones.
