A colourful, filling tea. This can be taken to work. Just put all ingredients into a bowl and microwave. Its very filling
Ingredients
• 1/2 butternut squash
• 1/3 cup (or one portion) of flaked almonds
• 4-5 small broccoli florets
• 1 tablespoon of Rapseed oil
• 1 x chicken breast

Method
Cook the chicken breast (no added oil) with salt & pepper, for around 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Once cooked, slice in to pieces.
Take the butternut squash and put into a food processor (a spiraliser doesn't work), with a grater adaptor, or hand grate into fine ribbons.
Toast the almonds and put to one side to cool. Wash the broccoli florets. Put the butternut squash and broccoli in a bowl, cover and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken, flaked almonds and oil.
