• Small bunch of coriander, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• Jalapeno pepper, sliced fine (use
• a sharp knife avoiding pepper on the fingers)
• Juice of 3 to 4 limes to taste
• 4 Avocadoes.
In a medium bowl, mix the coriander, garlic and the pepper with the lime juice. Peel, stone and mash the avocadoes, smoother the better.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
