This sounds gorgeous but really need to know quantities and ideally calorie and carb levels as I could be adding what? 1 tsp of each spice??
Tasty protein snack or base for dinner with salad or veggies
Ingredients
• Chicken drumsticks-skinned
• I haven't put measures as you can add spices to your own tasteFull fat Greek yoghurt
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Turmeric
• Cumin
• Coriander
• Chilli
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Black pepper
Method
Mix spices, garlic, ginger and lemon juice with yoghurt
Slash drumsticks on both sides, cover with spiced yoghurt and massage in
Marinate for at least 2hours or up to overnight
Place on greased oven tray , trickle a little olive or rapeseed oil over and cook for 30- 40 minutes on 180c
