Chai tea flavoured chia puddings, good for breakfast as well.
Dress up for a desert with cream and berries of choice.
• 150 ml of almond milk, plus some for top-up
• 2 teaspoons of chai mix of choice
• 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
• 2 drops of stevia liquid, optional
add almond milk and chai into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil
reduce heat and let seethe until preferred strength is achieved
strain into jug,
add stevia if using
add more almond milk to top back up to 150 mL
while still warm, add the chai to the chia seeds and gently whisk
let stand for 5-10 minutes and whisk again
pour into two small containers or a mould
refrigerate, preferably overnight
