Indian savory yoghurt drink – refreshing, comforting, calming and great to settle a growling stomach

Ingredients

• Full fat natural yogurt
• Ice cubes
• Spices to taste
• Pinch salt, if desired
• Mint, if desired

Method

Fill a large glass with ice. Add a dollop of natural, full fat yoghurt - about two tablespoons. Add spices of your choice; ground ginger, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, ground coriander etc. Add a pinch of salt, if desired. Add fresh mint for fragrance and additional flavour. Fill the glass to the brim with cold water and stir. Drink with a straw.
Have fun varying the spices/herbs to suit.
