These are lovely! I done these for dinner yesterday with a green salad and they were brilliant!
Really flavourful goes great with Green Beans with soy and sesame seeds
Ingredients
• 700g ground beef ( I used less that 5% fat)
• 1 Egg
• Garlic (as much as you want)
• 75g Feta cheese or 30g low fat cheddar (Optional)
• salt and pepper
• Parsley finely chopped
• Tablespoon Olive Oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except the oil and then form into 8 burger
.
Fry using the olive oil or grill until cooked through and browned. Serve with more chopped parsley Green Beans with Soy and Sesame Seeds and Salad or any Veg with a Nil count.
I froze the rest of the burgers for other days. I also found chilling them before cooking help them keep their shape. Enjoy!!
