I was wondering what I should be doing regarding all the fish courses outlined in the diet plan. I do not eat seafood and so what does this mean I am missing out on? (Omega-3’s perhaps?) What is it best to replace these dishes with?

ailema123, as I said to someone who posted the same thing a few days ago, if you don’t like fish or are allergic, just don’t eat it. I am not allergic but hate the smell the taste the texture. There are omegas in lots of other foods, just do a google search, one in particular is flax seeds but also in lots of vegetables like spinach and kale.

There you go, I have found the previous post and bumped it to the top for you, called Fish Allergies.

    Good luck with the plan.

Thanks. That’s essentially what I had planned to do but wondered if there was more to it 🙂
