Weekly Plan Recipes

    I have been using the book for a week and because it has been difficult to obtain all ingredients to stick with the set plan, I have been choosing recipes at random, however still keeping to the 800 calories per day. Is this as successful as following the planned weekly recipes? I have lost three kilos!

    Hi Mim,
    I have been doing likewise – mixing and matching from the recipes available in both the BSD book and the BSD recipe book and it seems to be working for me. I’ve just been making sure I keep within the 800 calorie limit. The diet plan is just there as guide and doesn’t have to be followed.

    Salamander, thank you for the advice on following the recipe plan. I find it much easier if we can choose at random. So far , so good!
