Sorry to be a bit dim, but am I supposed to fill my plate with plenty of green veg or correct salads or is it only what is on the menu’s and that is it? Again sorry for the misunderstanding!!!

You can add green veg and leafy salads, but you still have to add their calories/carbs to your totals, they are not like ‘free’ foods.
Hi jjke you also have to remember that not all salad veg is created equal, for instance, tomatoes are high in sugars, grated carrots or apples are high in carbs. Just to be sure do a nutrition check on a food before you include, some will surprise you, then you can go ahead and create your own meals and sides. Gook luck.
