With 165 calories left on a Saturday night, I browsed the book and found the No-carb waffles on page 193.Brilliant! Ok they aren’t sweet but the texture conned my brain into thinking it’s cake. How anyone could eat two I don’t know. I made one and it was fairly big and filling. Served it with blueberries, creme fraiche and some frozen raspberries heated to make a sauce. Happy!
