    Greetings from Melbourne,

Decided to loosen the shackles ane enjoy the Christmas and Boxing Day left overs but know I must get back to the BSD lifestyle. Amazing the difference in how you feel when you let your hair down and eat things usually avoided on the BSD way of life,. I have had wholemeal bread and some roasted potatoes for the first time in 14 weeks along with a few other items usually only reserved for Christmas.Whilst I don’t actually feel unwell I am not as sharp and feel more tired than usual so back to basics tomorrow and resume my mission of losing 18 kegs to get to goal.

I hope everyone has enjoyed their festivities for those who celebrate and wish you all well in your continued quest to good health following the BSD lifestyle from tomorrow and beyond.

    Regards

    Cameron

You’re right, eating more carbs than usual certainly makes me feel well under par – if not downright unwell on occasions. Why not join us on the ‘8 week Fast 800 reboot’ thread Cameron & Zippy? We’re all getting back to basics from 2nd January, on a quest to lose any gained Christmas/New Year weight and hopefully shift any residual weight we were still wanting to offload too.

Best wishes for the New Year and 2018.
