I started the BSD this year and followed it 100% for 8 weeks, total weight loss is 37 lb and I have just received my blood test results my HCL was down to 47 and was previously 118. Cholesterol down from 8.2 to 3.9 and Iron up from 80 to 115.
While I followed the diet I also exercised 4 days a week and have loved every minute, for those of you just starting out keep it up, it is worth it and I have not eat so well for years.
Get variety as much as possible, and find the foods you love.
