    Hello all I have just signed up ,I began the BSD last Monday, I’ve been having trouble with my glucose levels for months 19-20 usually 2 hours after eating. On Friday of last week 9.9 after breakfast ,today 7.3. Lovely food much to my surprise I’m not missing bread or potatoes.Also never hungry before starting I was always hungry. Pulses and vegetables rule. One very happy bunny.😀
