First weigh in and 8lb plus some inch weight lost. More importantly I have not felt like picking in between meals, have loved the food so far, kind of Med meets Middle East. Have knocked off the sweeteners in tea/coffee and drunk less than a can of diet fizzy juice per day. Amazing for me!!Best of all is the energy I have, now putting this into positive work as opposed to thinking and eating food. Have downloaded Headspace to my phone and the 10 mins a day really helps. Have felt dizzy occasionally, but a couple of glasses of water seem to sort this.So far so good in week 2.
