    Welcome FreshStart, if you have any questions feel free to ask. Start new threads or join in on our weekly thread – always called One Week At A Time – and then the date – we are on 15th June. There are lots of success and motivational stories here and people to give you a boost or help with any problems. There are no officials on this site, we are all just members but many of us have been here a while. The weekly thread is populated with oldies (like me) newbies, returnees or people just lurking about to see what they can pick up.
