Can I add any salad to meals? I presumably have to count the calories and stay within 800 cals a day? If I snacks on seeds I also presume these have to be counted in my 800 calories. Can’t eat many then as they are quite high.

Yes, we can have salad and yes the calories of this and anything else we eat should be counted in the 800.
Thank you patsy. I am on day one and have a lot of re-educating to do. My head is still in slimming world so I have to forget that eating regime and read some more about the BS way of eating. This forum is very encouraging and informative,I’m sure I will learn a lot from it.
It does take a bit of getting used to as it seems to go against a lot of what we thought we knew.
