I’ve managed to avoid all crackers/crispbreads in any form for 6 weeks. However I’ve today had 2 Finn Crisp multigrain thin crispbreads at 22 cals/slice and 3.8g carbs/slice spread with 50g hummus. Delicious! Not as cardboard like as Ryvita and slightly less cals /carbs.
My query is whether to avoid all crispbreads anyway?
