I am happy with my results today. I am down from 212 pounds to 204 pounds today , even with my small moments of weakness. I ate just enough to satisfy that stupid “behavioral thought” of oh no I can’t survive without sugar or carbs. So I had a handful of my homemade low carb crackers on a fasting day and then yesterday I had two Riesen chocolate toffee chews to satisfy that agravating monkey on my back that was begging and bargaining away my need for a taste of chocolate and caramel! Lol
A lot of this for me is boiling down to Mind over matter
Out thinking old behaviors
Being smarter than the old me!
