I would like To know if in the BSD book are the olive oil calculated in all recipes

Yes, if it is part of that recipe, however, if it is suggested i.e. as a dressing, then it is not usually calculated in and it is up to you whether you have it or not. I have to book here (it is always with me), if you say which recipe you are looking at I can do a calculation for you. You can find calculators all over the internet, some use myfatfriend or fitbit, plenty to chose from.
