I started last week but went off track this weekend. My sister got married and it was 3 days of none stop food, sweets and alcohol. I even ended up getting sick off all the greasy food after the wedding. As such I have started again fresh today! I am in a much better place not having to worry about such an event again lol! Holidays are not an issues for me truly – but this wedding was stressful!
I am armed with the knowledge you have given me! I will be consuming 1000 calories on the days I workout (bootcamp) and 800 on the ones I do not. I also aim to stick to 50g carbs or less. I will keep you posted!
