    Hi, I have read the book cover to cover (good start!). I am finding it more difficult to stay inside the 800 calories when using more calories for full fat stuff (such as yoghurt, cream for sauces etc) rather than low fat stuff! Doing well with protein and no carbs but any tips for 800 calories and not using low fat low calorie foods appreciated 🙂

    Hi StephHow, welcome to the site. The answer to staying in 800 is protein. Yes, eat full fat natural foods like yoghurt, it won’t push up the calories because the low fat alternatives are full of carbs like rice flour so low fat but not low calorie. Eggs are great.
