Getting enough fibre

    Hi

    I am starting again on the fast800. I lost 28lb in 8 weeks two years ago but fell back into my old way of eating and have put all the weight and a bit extra back on. I am determined not to let that happen again.

    I am wondering how people manage to get enough fibre in their diet whilst keeping their carbohydrates down?
    Any ingredients or tips that people could recommend?

    Leafy veg and salad are good. You can also add in some ground linseed or psyllium husk.
