    I’m an active cycling and typically carry energy gels w/me. Since they do contain sugar, what are you recommending? I can get some that contain protein(Accel gels) and I assume I’ll burn the sugar off, but I do need nutrition on longer rides(50+) and this would include even long hikes(6+ miles). What is recommended for a more active person? Thanks. – Marc
