    Yay second day nailed! Managed to stick to calories, did 10,000 steps and a 20 min weight session at the gym in my lunch break. If every day could be like this …..
    Breakfast – Almond butter and apple slices
    Lunch – Spicy Spanish soup
    Dinner= courgette ribbons with prawns, chilli and lemon.

    According to my fitness pal that puts me at around 760 cals for the day. Not hungry either.
    Onwards!
