    yay another day complete.
    Sticking to calories, did 20mins weight work out and almost at 10,000 steps for the day.
    Made a chicken and silverbeet bake that the whole family enjoyed for dinner.
    Only thing is I felt really tired after the gym but drinking heaps of water.
    So far so good!
