Completed first week

    First week done, although slipped up o Saturday by having a takeaway curry (chicken shashlik, popadoms, veg curry and onion bhajis) despite that feel a lot sharper and lost 6lb 8oz. Much more focused today as started walking and counting calories more religiously.
