    Help…. I am going out tonight for a Chinese not sure what to eat. Any suggestions?
    I usually have Aramaic duck … Can I still have this but no pancake just duck with veggies?

    Crisis averted… Had red pepper jewels instead (recipe from book), no pomegranates and did have about 2 tablespoons of duck. Felt very full
